Key Challenge: Extremely tight site access squeezed between existing houses.
What I Did:
Cleared plot and prepped driveway through narrow entry for material deliveries.
Excavated/poured foundations and laid beam & block floor with the bricklayers.
Installed complete drainage network and prepped stone perimeter for safe working.
Returned post-build to lay paths and complete final landscaping.
Outcome:
Delivered 100% on time and on budget.
