Overview:
Client: Spire Properties (Martin Proctor)
Services: Clearance, Piling & RC Beams, Septic Tank, Beam & Block, Drainage, Services & Landscaping
Key Challenge: High water table requiring pumping, plus live HV electrics and neighbour utilities crossing the plot.
What I Did:
Located and worked around live HV, power, and water lines safely.
Managed groundwater pumping to install the septic tank and worked alongside pilers to install a pile and RC beam foundation.
Installed foul/surface drainage and stoned up the site for the main build.
Returned after the build to complete paths, driveway prep, and final ground levels.
Outcome:
Completed on time and on budget with zero service disruptions.
