Key Challenge: Working across a multi-month project within a live, high-end hotel environment with guest activity throughout.
What I Did:
Ran the site day-to-day, managing setting out, site engineering, and material ordering.
Delivered complete plant and labour support across a major external infrastructure package (car parks, exit road, and checkout house).
Installed extensive deep and surface water drainage networks along with surrounding site infrastructure.
Maintained clean, safe, and low-disruption working standards to suit a high-profile, operational luxury resort.
Outcome:
Completed to high commercial standards while keeping a live, premium site running smoothly.
